Vanheede offers a sustainable, efficient, and economic waste management solution to more than 10,000 customers. Vanheede plays a key role in realizing the circular economy by processing each waste stream into a new raw material or energy.
Vanheede aims to evolve into a process-driven organization and wants to bring business and IT closer together. To achieve this, they have enlisted Evolynx.

Our contribution
After a successful Proof Of Concept, which showed how to combine business models with application and integration models, Vanheede has decided to first proceed with the business layer of their enterprise architecture.
First, the capabilities of Vanheede were identified and mapped out in detail. Next, the end-to-end processes were mapped out, followed by the modeling of the detailed processes.
The key to success at Vanheede lies in the involvement of management and the clear internal communication surrounding the initiative. This ensures that the significance of the project is immediately clear, leading to broad support for the initiative throughout the organization.
