Project subsidies from Mtech+ for our services
Because our services are also eligible for project subsidies from Mtech+, we were invited to speak on Thursday, March 20th at the breakfast session organized by the career fund at the House of Manufacturing.
Digitization contributes to workable work
As a company in the metal sector (joint committees 209 and 111), you can apply for project subsidies from the Mtech+ career fund for initiatives that promote workable work. During the session on project subsidies, we presented our practical case on Picanol’s new framework department.
Our case specifically focused on how digitization contributes to workable work by improving the daily operations of both machine operators and team leads in the new framework department.

These project subsidies provide financial support for company initiatives aligned with the vision of the career funds, focusing on sustainable employability, engaged leadership, and workable work. All practical information can be found on the Mtech+ website.
